The Nursing programme is designed for students aspiring to build successful careers in clinical practice, public health, research, education, and specialized nursing services. Affliated with INC & ABVMU, the programme offers a structured academic journey integrating theoretical learning, simulation-based training, laboratory exposure, and supervised clinical practice. Graduates with an M.Sc. in Nursing - Community Health Nursing can work in a variety of settings, such as Public Health Agencies, Community Health Centers, Schools, Government Agencies, Non-Profit Organizations, and Research Institutions. They may also pursue careers as Nurse Educators, Policy Analysts, or Consultants in Healthcare Organizations.

  • The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
  • The Minimum education requirements shall be the passing of B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
  • Minimum one year of work experience (Clinical or Teaching) after Basic B.Sc. Nursing.​
  • Minimum one year of work experience (Clinical or Teaching) prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.


Admission Criteria:
